We ship worldwide directly from Germany using Deutsche Post and DHL. Every order includes a tracking number.

#### Shipping to the USA — All Duties & Taxes Included

We ship to the USA via DHL DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means customs, import duties and sales tax are already included in the shipping price. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Why is US shipping more expensive? Because we pre-pay all US customs duties and import taxes for you. No surprise fees, no trips to the customs office, no extra paperwork. It just arrives at your door.

#### Shipping to Switzerland

Camera accessories from Germany generally qualify for 0% customs duty under bilateral agreements. Swiss VAT (8.1%) is only collected if the tax amount exceeds CHF 5 — meaning items valued under ~CHF 62 are typically tax-free. For higher-value items, VAT and a carrier handling fee (CHF 13–20) are collected upon delivery.

Customs — How It Works

For all non-EU destinations (except USA), import duties, local taxes, and carrier handling fees are collected by the carrier upon delivery. The exact amount depends on your country's customs rates and the carrier used.

We always declare the correct value on customs forms — no under- or over-declarations.

USA is the exception: We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all duties and taxes are prepaid. No extra charges for US customers.

All our products are made to order — each item is freshly manufactured on the day of your order.

• Dispatch days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 4 pm (CET)
• Cut-off time: 1 pm (CET) — orders placed after 1 pm are dispatched on the next shipping day

Example: Order placed on Monday at 2 pm → dispatched on Wednesday at 4 pm.

How long until my order is dispatched?

We manufacture all items to order. Processing takes 1–2 business days. We dispatch on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4 pm CET.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email on the day your order is dispatched. Track it at dhl.com/tracking.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Depends on your country. USA: No — all duties and taxes are included in the $49.95 shipping fee (DDP). UK: 0% customs duty, but 20% VAT is collected by the carrier. Switzerland: ~0% duty, but 8.1% MWST + ~CHF 13 clearance. Other countries: Import duties and taxes vary and are collected at delivery.

Why is US shipping so expensive ($49.95)?

Because we pre-pay all US customs duties and import taxes for you. You will not be charged any additional fees. The package arrives at your door without any trips to the customs office.

My tracking hasn't updated in a while — is my order lost?

For Standard shipping (Warenpost), tracking scans are less frequent. This is normal — your order is still on its way. If your tracking shows no updates for more than 2 weeks (EU) or 4 weeks (international), please contact us.

Can I return my order?

Yes — you have 30 days to return your order. For international returns, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Please contact us before returning so we can provide instructions.
